By accessing or using Instant Lead Alert ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Instant Lead Alert provides lead notification services via SMS and email. We collect lead data from your configured sources and deliver instant notifications to help you respond faster.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
Each plan includes a specific number of SMS notifications per month. Unused SMS do not roll over. If you exceed your limit, notifications will be sent via email as a backup.
You agree not to use the Service for spam, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard protections.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
